Interior Design Process

Phase 1: Design Development Works:

● Site measurements to be carried out for modelling of as built structure

● Developing design brief with space planning and concepts development

● Developing Preliminary designs with finalized themes along with products/ fixtures/ finishes material utilizing mood boards and physical samples (where available)

● Prepare 3D visualizations and rendering clearly elaborating approved design

Phase 2: Execution Drawings Works:

● Finalize of interior selections (fixtures, fittings, finishes) for all spaces

● Prepare good for construction drawings required to execute designs on site

● Prepare Furniture drawings, Flooring drawings, False Ceiling drawings, Wall Paneling drawings, Lighting and Electrical drawings, HVAC Drawings, Plumbing Drawings

● Prepare fixtures, fittings and finishes schedules for all spaces

Phase 3: Construction Period- Supervision & Site coordination Works

● Coordinate and help you make selections of fixtures, fittings, finishes, lighting & floorings

● Help you getting the fair prices for selected materials leverage our Trade discounts wherever available

● Conducting regular site visits by the team to ensure smooth execution and contractors issues addressals

Meetings and Site Visits:

● Meeting with you, as required to achieve above goals including visit to suppliers and stores as and when required (one showroom visit per material selection to your choice of vendor)

● 1 Weekly meeting in IDS office to discuss and close design development works

● Site visits as required/ requested by you

● 1 visit per week of Project Lead along with IDS supervisor team is included in basic fee

● 1 additional supervisor visit per week to check on issues rectification in lead visits

● 1 visit per month of Principal Ar. Siddharth Inani is inclusive in basic fee
